To achieve true organisational transformation you have to operate at the level of organisation. Not the physical entity, but the organisation of coordinated action that brings about extraordinary results.

Any new idea starts with dialogue, a type of conversation that is for possibility and innovation. This community is a platform for dialogue and discovery through dialogue.

Connection

Nothing happens in isolation so our community brings people and ideas together on our platform. There are simple rules to follow enabling members to make new connections.

Relationship

Relationships are for specific purposes and have specific dynamics. The purpose of relationships on our platform is discovery and the dynamics are respect and integrity

Follow Our Journey

This series of books map out a journey to a new type of organisation. As a member of our community, you will receive regular updates and have access to Mike and Adrian. You will be able to join regular dialogue sessions by invitation.

 These dialogue sessions, which are free to members, are an opportunity to share and discuss our latest research and thinking about the future of organisation design.
